​FAQ:
​
1. What is your MOQ?
​
Generally, we accept small quantity but some products may require higher MOQ due to the minimum order quantity of specific material. Please contact us for details.

2. What is your payment term and payment method?
​
30% deposit and 70% balance by T/T before delivery.
If order is under USD3000, payment term is 50% deposit and 50% balance before delivery.
For prototype fee, 100% payment is required.

3. What is your delivery time?
​
The normal delivery time is 35-45 days after down payment and sample approval. Artworks and mould making (if necessary) is not included.
We will reconfirm the schedule to you when we reply to your inquiry.

4. How do you control the quality?
​
​We will make sample before bulk production. After approval of sample, we will start bulk production. We proceed inspection at each stage of production and we will update the status to you. Then, Pre-shipment inspection will be arranged.
​
For fragile products, we would do drop test when we design the packing way and during the packing process.
For lighting products, we would do 100% aging test to make sure each piece is working.
